Job Description

Node JS/React JS -Tech Lead is responsible to manage and mentor the team technically. Is responsible to design, develop, and configure software systems to meet
requirements and responsible for delivery of end-to-end systems from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance to delivery. He is responsible for delivering in Agile manner and follows all the software development processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Lead is responsible for design, development and support of the innovative product built to accelerate the adoption of serverless architectures in Cloud.
Able to build solutions for maximum reliability, stability, scalability and supportability of the company's existing software applications and new tools.
Lead a team of full stack software developers in onshore-offshore model, provide technical guidance and project leadership to the team.
Enable developer productivity by unblocking and clearing the way.
Collaborate with scrum team to scope, estimate, plan and build features that drives our application forward.
Partner with Product and Design Leads to provide product and technical excellence.
Self-driven and fundamental love of technology and thirst for better ways to support the business are essential.

Eligibility

Should have 4-8yrs of Experience in Node js/React JS experience for enterprise scale application is must

Familiar with full stack development a plus, but not a must, if he is great at problem solving

Experience in designing and developing web-based (or enterprise class) solutions using latest in Node technologies

Excellent in Agile development methodologies

Excellent in DevOps Practices

Excellent problem-solving skills

Highly passionate about technology and the work he does

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

Experience Required :

5 to 8 Years
