General Requirements

• B.Tech / M. Tech / MCA / in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 platform
• At least 3 cycles of end to end IBM FileNet P8 implementation experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to participate in business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases
• Ability to actively participate in the ECM/BPM enterprise application design and feasibility phases

Technical Skills

• Hands on experience on CE APIs, PE APIs, WAT Framework, Workplace
• Good understanding of add-on products such as FileNet BPF, ICC, Process Analyzer, Records Manager, Advance Case Manager, Datacap Taskmaster
• Languages: Core & Advanced Java, J2EE, JSP, JS, JDBC, XML, XSLT
• Frameworks: MVC, SOA, JSF, Struts, Spring, Hibernate or iBatis
• Application Server: Web Logic, Web Sphere, Apache
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
