Whats the role?

The ServiceNow GRC Developer is tasked with delivering solutions that integrate various enterprise systems in a hybrid cloud environment. This opportunity requires advanced implementation and development skills within the ServiceNow platform that enable the individual to deliver a high level of service to meet the expectations of the business. This role will focus on the Governance, Risk & Compliance areas within ServiceNow, however previous experience in other areas of the platform will help you as a candidate be successful once trained in these newer applications if there is relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

Administer ServiceNow instances on daily basis

Manage overall security of platform

Configure SLAs on system

Develop Workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies

Skills & Experience required:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow or similar compliance platform

Expert knowledge of testing cycles within Agile or SDLC.

Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM suite.

Day to day administration of the ServiceNow platform.

Designs and develops new ServiceNow workflows and processes.

Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Utilize Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Workflow editor, ACLs and Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5.

Manages and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applications.

Knowledgeable in integration of ServiceNow with other IT applications.

Comply with ServiceNow best practices to maintain system compliance.

Creates comprehensive and well-structured test plans and suites. Estimates, prioritizes, plans, and coordinates testing activities.

Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects. Performs thorough regression testing of resolved defects.

Conducts quality assurance testing of the Solution and also the Upgrade testing.

Good team player and communication skills.

Certified System Administration or Certified Implementation Specialist certification

Preferred:

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Certified Implementation Specialist certification

Certified Application Developer
