Job Summary
Job Role:
  • Impeccable writing and editing skills. Write Online Help for in-house global application. Prepare /Review the user/system manual as per the defined guidelines & requirements
  • Ability to create simulations and e-learning materials
  • Create Story Boards and eLearning tutorials to support modules of in-house developed global applications
  • Prepare material & presentation for training programs
  • Ability to collaborate with the cross-functional teams to learn assigned product and complete all necessary content development.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills


Competencies:
  • Proficiency in writing user /reference manuals
  • Familiar with technical writing concepts and authoring & publishing tools like Robohelp, Adobe captivate, MSOffice, Adobe Acrobat, Snag-it (Preferred)
  • Excellent editing & organizing capabilities


Behavioral Competencies:
  • Good communication skill -Written & verbal
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Good organization skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Must be a strong team player

Qualification :
Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferred)
Experience Required :

5 to 7 Years
