Job Summary Role Objective
The incumbent would be responsible for End-to-end operation fulfillment, Pick up management, Customer escalation management, internal coordination with stakeholders and management of the entire order operation process. This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and someone who can consistently ensure upward growth in Customer Service level.
Role responsibilities:
Order tracking and coordination with the stakeholders Pending/Overdue clearances Supplier follow up for pick ups Customer escalation handling Internal stakeholder management Team handling (if reqd) Reports & Reviews Implementation of new processes
Education
Graduation degree (Any)MBA
