Excellent verbal and writing skills (English) is necessary and a basic understanding of IT systems, MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Experience in the verification domain would be a plus. A graduate from any stream can apply.
Your typical work in Mobius would include,
Conduct verifications of stated credentials given by the client for their candidates or vendors
Summarize the information obtained in a concise manner and ensure documentation is done as per the standard operating procedures (SOPs) as defined by respective teams
Perform business-specific KPIs of productivity and quality targets
Maintain trackers and master logs on a real-time basis
Maintain quality standards
Handling inbound and outbound Calls
Ensure data security - proprietary data of customers
The role will be based on a night shift
