Job Summary

Developed new client accounts for US.
Recruit the recruiters, Business Executives and Account Managers and other team members and retention of employees.
Training the Business Executives and Account Managers and assigning them the respective accounts.
Conducting exit interviews and try to resolve the issue and try for retention of the employee.
Follow up with the clients in regular basis.
Conducting weekly/monthly status meetings with team members.
Defining and managing performance ratings and appraisal for the employees
Participate and take weekly and monthly status meetings.
Good Communication Skills

Qualification :
BE/B-Tech/MCA/BCA

0 to 2 Years
