Job Summary

We are looking for a technical writer who possesses to excel their skills to handle client documentation

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, mostly external customers
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Create video tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Create and maintain the information architecture
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products and the documentation requirements

Requirements:

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation must
Excellent written skills in English Must, other languages an advantage
Basic knowledge of HTML is required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Visio
Familiarity with software development processes
Ability to deliver high quality documentation, paying attention to details, in timely manner
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
