Job Summary 6 to 8yrs years working with mobile app development as UI designer Develop wireframes of screens, storyboards, user interaction flows, and sitemaps for responsive mobile Apps and Websites Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets Present design deliverables to peers and developers Conduct user research with UX Designers and evaluate user feedback Adhere to and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Helping ensure designs meet inclusive and accessibility standards and outputs adhere to all relevant policies and standards e.g. channel, brand, design language Ultimately design out detailed high-fidelity design artifacts with accurate specifications for development Document UI Design specifications as needed for Developer hand-off Three plus years of UI design experience for Mobile Apps and Web applications Knowledge of visual-based design principles for digital, with an understanding and skills across colour, typography, branding, layout and visualization Proficiency with industry tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, Invision, Miro etc to effectively deliver high quality UI solutions and prototypes Experience in Zeplin/Abstract, Jira, Confluence a plus. Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail Ability to create wireframes, interaction flows, process flows, site maps Experience in CI/CD roadmap and implementing to the project. xperience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies Experience in Agile Scrum Projects Understanding of common software development practices Strong working experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ObjectiveC (iOS), C++ (Android) a plus Responsible for the design of digital features for web and mobile. Apply sound user-centred design principles to influence project strategy and direction. Ensure standards and best practices are appropriately communicated and documented Proven track record and a passion for designing compelling interfaces. Experience working with clients and various departments within a team environment. An impressive portfolio of digital work Fintech or InsureTech product or platform UI experience a bonus
