Qualification

• Any undergraduate degree.
• 3+ years of experience in CRM
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Description

• Build and maintain good relationship with the customer database
• To ensure customer engagement with regular wishing posts through Email, SMS or WhatsApp
• To come up with creative ideas for gift hampers and goodies for any corporate events like press meets, expos, inaugural programs, and festivals such as Dussehra, Diwali, Pongal, Ugadhi etc.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Escalate if necessary
• Keep customers updated on the organization s latest products to increase sales
• Know the competition and strategize accordingly
