Job description


We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer (on-call Sales) to deliver exceptional account management support and sales conversion activities for new and repeat business. The role will suit someone with a positive can-do attitude who can build strong relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the customers' primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers that create loyalty
  • Ensure the timely ordering of our solutions, disputes, pricing/proposals and request according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Analyze and assess the in-depth needs of potential clients.
  • Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Creatively work with team members on sales strategies.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.

Requirements

A Enterprise Software Sales Executiveshould

  • Be an expert on the companys products and be able to pitch them effectively in any situation.
  • Be able to demonstrate goodknowledge of and experience with inbound and outbound sales practices and processes.
  • Be a people person with great communication skills a competent relationship builder.
  • Be comfortable in a target-driven environment and work to overcome any barriers that would prevent targets being met.
  • Be able to demonstrate good time management and planning skills.
  • Be able to thrive in a results-driven environment and self-motivated.
  • 01to05 years of sales experiencepreferablyenterprisesales(on-call).
  • Willing to work in flexible shift timings.
  • Must have US/UK calls experience.
  • Must be able to deal with an average of 200-400 calls per day.
