Job Summary
  • Conducting market research and identify trends, and formulating various marketing strategies to profile the potential customers and prospects
  • Analyzing marketing trends, customer behavior, competitive landscape and preparing the reports by collecting and summarizing the data
  • Supportingthe marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
  • Coordinating product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
  • Creating, proofreading, and editing the copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
  • Assisting in developing and managing content, and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
  • Evaluating and monitoring the ongoing campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Ensuring all marketing efforts served as organized or planned to achieve business goals. Identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
