Job Summary

Job Description Hiring only Jewellery manufacturing Industry Experience Candidate. Responsibility : Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers Monitor stock levels, order and track new inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages. Develop and maintain strategies to maximize product availability while minimising inventory levels. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory Use ERP software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus Analyse data to anticipate future needs Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. Requirements Requirements and Qualifications : Only from Jewellery Manufacturing Background Candidate. Proven experience as inventory manager Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP) Ability to track inventory accurately and create reports An analytical mind with strong math skills and MS Excel Excellent organizational and planning skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Reliable and trustworthy Willing to work extended hours during festival seasons
