Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities :
Immediate hiring & joining at our Marketing Team as we have an urgent job opening for the position of Sales officer/ Executive/ Representatives from RETAIL SALES experience in a solar product industry with the following ability. Candidate should be able to make a sales pitch to end consumers.
Taking care of Proper Merchandising Activities as per the company's plan, Awareness of the recent market trends. Responsible for conducting promotional activities.
Sales Management with Distributor / Dealers for retail channel product
Target setting and achieving targets on a monthly and annual basis in allotted territory based on the population data and market potential.
Managing & Recruiting new distributor as per business need. New Dealer developments, Expanding the network, Able to Handle the Channel Sales.
Meet customers as per the call cycle plan. Execution of sales strategies. Payment collection. Billing and other administration activities.
To do direct retail sales to households, Deployment of Sales plan for the allocated region/zone In charge of distribution set up and secondary sales force set up
Should be able to do in shop branding and proper utilization of POP material
Implementation of Campaigns and other marketing projects
Work closely with other functions
Ability to generate leads as per planning and targets.
Field working to understand the market & provide supportTo meet Architects, Interior Designers, Builder, Contractors, Dealers & Corporate Clients for promoting Mint Solar Solutions product. Shall represent the brand properly through sales and services. Searching & Mapping of new sites etc

Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Field sales skill with 1+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Preferred - Located in Lucknow
Preferred - Good command over Hindi And English
Experience Required :
1 to 5 Year
