Job Summary

Manage the entire software development lifecycle (including design, development, testing, integration, delivery, documentation) using agile/scrum methodologies for our:
- Minkasu 2FA SDK for Android
- Minkasu 2FA SDK for iOS
- Transaction processing platform
- Transaction risk platform
- Dashboards & Billing systems
Design mission critical infrastructure in AWS Cloud that supports our mobile payment solution
Manage the integration process with our merchants using our SDKs
Manage the integration process with our banking partners
Interface with the product team on new projects/enhancements/requests
Present reports and plans to top management as required
Hiring, training and maintaining a rock star engineering team
Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies, plug into user groups, understand trends and opportunities to ensure we are using the best possible techniques and tools

Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or relevant field
5+ years experience managing software development teams
5+ years experience designing and developing software
Successfully managed the entire software development lifecycle for multiple releases of mobile Apps/SDKs, backend services and web applications in AWS environment
Working knowledge of Java, Objective-C, Node.js, SQL
Comfortable with Linux, SQL/NoSQL databases, GitHub, JIRA
Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
Background in payments and security is a plus
