Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled .NET Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our .NET applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance. You will collaborate with development teams and customers to deliver high-quality support and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support:
    Provide prompt and effective technical support for .NET applications, addressing issues raised by end-users.

  • Troubleshooting:
    Diagnose and resolve application errors, performance issues, and bugs in a timely manner.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with development and QA teams to identify root causes of issues and recommend improvements.

  • Documentation:
    Maintain and update technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.

  • User Training:
    Assist in training users on application functionality and best practices.

  • Monitoring and Maintenance:
    Monitor application performance and assist in the deployment of updates and patches.

  • Customer Interaction:
    Communicate effectively with customers to gather information about issues and provide updates on resolutions.
