Responsibilities

Provide L1 & L2 level technical support as part of the global SAP BI/ BW Operations team

Support, optimization and customization of our core SAP BI /BW technologies

Managing cases, requests and enhancements using Std organisation tools and processes

Ensuring that BW systems are fully operational, Monitored and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner

Providing a high level of service to our global SAP BW team and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times

Based on the Business Requirement must be able to develop the business Objects like Info Object, Infocube, DSO, Infoset, Transformation, DTP and InfoPackeges, Also created O-Data services to use BW data in Fiori using GWD.

Design data flow in BW , While enhancing generic, Standard and Classification data sources . Analyze the source system, profiling source data and design target to store data for reporting purpose. Also create BW test case, validation and design document.

Increased the Performance of Queries by Maintaining Aggregates, Roll-Up, Compression, Creating and Deleting Indexes for the Info providers to Improve the Load and Query Performances.

Also work on Archiving activity and Logical table distribution activity to transfer data to different nodes which is resolve memory allocation issue and increase system. performance.

Design data flow in BW using APD, Direct updated DSO, Cubes and merge all the data in Multiproviderand created Bex queries as par client requirement.

Monitoring of Process chain for Master Data and Transaction Data. Actively involved in load Monitoring of Daily, Monthly, and weekly data load using Process chain.

Analyze and resolve issues as they occur during data loads in SAP BI system and analysing the reasons for failures of data loads.

Multi-providers, Transformations, Remodeling of the Info Cubes , Data Store Objects , Data Sources , Data source enhancement, Info sets, Transfer Rules, Update Rules, PSA, Open Hub Service, Data Mart, BW Transports, and BI content.

Also work on Housekeeping activities, like purge unwanted data or data targets from BW system also make changes in Bex queries to add or remove filters, variable. Maintain process chains.
