Technical Experience & Skills Requirement
1) 5+ years of development experience with at least one year working with C# .Net technologies and SQL Server
2) Experienced in implementing .NET web MVC based applications using C# and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ADO.NET and others)
3) Working knowledge of JIRA Agile, Confluence, Source Control systems like Bit Bucket/Team Foundation Server, Test Automation (like NUnit and Selenium) and Continuous integration
4) Experience in implementing reporting and integration solutions using SSIS and SSRS or Crystal Reports
5) In-depth experience with C# and ASP .NET 3.0/4.0 or higher MVC and SOA
Responsibilities
1) Accountable for the assigned project/task delivery, quality check for the work assigned to developers or self
2) Must have independently managed end-to-end development projects, from understanding functional requirements to development, with different business domain over last 2 years
3) Experience in a various Agile Project Management software/techniques/ tools
4) Actively participates in design of technical solutions that may span multiple technologies
5) Ensures expected application performance levels are achieved
6) Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the individual team members, applying technical and professional expertise to resolve issues, support and mentor team members, foster a collaborative culture and drive thought leadership
7) Provide the project team with support and guidance on project specific processes, procedures, tools, training, and techniques
8) Be a technical point of contact for the project, responsible for providing day to day technical leadership to the team
9) Work with project managers to develop and track project plans, develop resource plans, allocate work to engineers and track deliverables
