Job Summary

Transcribe the prescription form and Medicine Chart
Observation, Medical Complaints & risk assessment notes in patient s file.
Maintain the over Register
Medical consultation in other hospital
Inhouse consultation
RTMs Therapy
Psychoeducation regarding patient s abnormal reports
Doctor round in morning & night
Team Member in ECT Therapy
Psychoeducation regarding major medical illness like HCV, ALD, THYROID etc.
General Medical core of patients
Arrange the medicines & blood investigations in night times
Medicine checking in morning, afternoon & night.
Prepare the DISCHARGE/LAMA summary
Prescribe the medicine at the time of DISCHARGE/LAMA
Admit the patient in night time with the permission of consultant
During admission taking history & search of patient in night time
Adjustment in sport sessions of patients
Making phone call for patient in night times while psychologists are not in hospital & other excess
Disulphiram & naltrexone concept regarding Psychoeducation
Physical examination & patient induction during admission

Experience Required :
