Job Summary
- 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in a Salesforce development, technical analyst or administrator role, providing hands-on recommendations for process and systems improvement, while undertaking various configuration projects
- 3+ years of configuring and supporting the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud and various AppExchange solutions.
- Configuration and development experience using Flow, Process Builder, Lightning Components and other and other declarative programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Ability to perform automated and manual testing as needed
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick)
- Experience with full lifecycle development and familiarity with SAFE agile
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
