The Role
We are looking for senior UI/UX Design leaders to help us take the next steps in growing our design practice. Working through our Cloud Campus environment (physical office presence is not required for this role), Design Leads will form a core part of our user experience-led strategy to offer exceptional solutions to our global clientele.
The role requires an eye for detail, hands-on design and UI/UX architecture expertise, ability to take initiative and enhance design processes. The ideal candidate consistently delivers high quality designs backed by stellar research and innovative design solutions. What we re looking for
Expert level understanding of Design Patterns as applied to User Interface Design for Mobile as well as Enterprise
Profound knowledge of User Experience Fundamentals and advanced concepts
Advanced Interaction Design Skills
The ability to jump into a project and own the experience strategy from start to finish.
Work both independently and as part of the greater team.
Passionate about Style guides and consistent use of these guidelines during the design process.
Understanding of various development methodologies like AGILE, Waterfall etc. as applied to UI/UX process
Skills & Experience:
Art, Computer Science or related degree and overall 8+ year of UI/UX experience with at least 5+ years of proven experience in architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of UI/UX of mobile products, as well as enterprise web applications.
Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
Excellent Communication skills - written, as well as verbal
Exceptional Ability to present ideas and designs to clients
