Job Description :

Independent in techno commercial Proposal development for Software Service related Projects, Good domain knowledge, Self driven for team/self target. Carrying out market research, conducting competitor and customer surveys to assess demand and brand positioning and awareness Consistently meet business targets on closing sales points with aggressive timelines. Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the Company to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year on year. Lead creation (via phone, email interaction) Payment follow-ups and collection Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts Other duties as assigned by the Head of Business Development Expected to spend relative of his/her time out of the office in meetings and business development processes activities. Actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questionnaire for scope management, solution pitch, negotiation, close, and finally handover to the Project Delivery team. Tender Bidding Experience in Software Service Projects Online project sourcing bidding knowledge like bidding on Elance.com etc.


Participate in events and tradeshows, with professional manner and polished appearance which will lead to aid to intention of gaining new business leads and contacts. Create and be accountable for client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Company procedures and standards. To understand the initial requirement gathering and perform the scoping activities of the project in various industries domain Knowledge of Software design methodologies, patterns to translate high level architectural solutions to detailed design Excellent problem resolution, judgment & decision making skills. High impact communication and strong analytical ability Common Technical & Professional Skills


Excellent exposure and track record of Business Development, Sales and Marketing experience. Proficient in business planning, writing, and executing tele-calling, trade fair activities Experience in writing Tender Bidding proposal, RFP, high level of effort and cost estimation to create techno-commercial proposal Working experience with Microsoft Technologies (.Net), Java, LAMP Platform would be plus Good understanding and knowledge on web/application/mobile base application development life cycle. Good to have someone from GIS Industry and Software Application development background Should have excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Odiya and Hindi Willingness to travel.
