Systems Engineer L2 Support Job in Microgenesis Tech Soft Pvt Ltd.

Job Description:

• Should have strong hands on experience on Windows, Linux, Firewall (Sonicwall), AP s (Aruba), AWS & M365.
• Knowledge of Proxmox Virtual Environment administration.
• Troubleshoot applications used across enterprise.
• Administrating dedicated server platform services create, delete, update servers.
• Monitoring the Server logs, Application Logs, windows and Linux Services.
• Infrastructure monitoring
• Storage Management
• Active directory backup and recovery.
• Help develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology policy.
• Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewalls.
• Plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
• Manage user accounts and assets, and security.
• Manage Firewall and network security based on security policies.
• Provide IT Service Desk support.
• Perform documentation of Run books for IT.
• Manage and Maintain IT Policies.
• Perform periodic IT Audits
