Senior Java Developer - Identity Job in Micro Focus Software Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities Include:

• Translate business requirements using complex methods/models to determine appropriate system solutions
• Identifying issues and proposing solutions
• Implementing the proposed solution adhering to best coding practices
• Research, identify, test, certify, and select technology required for solution delivery
• Authoring/reviewing requirements and design documents
• Research, debug and resolve customer issues
• Providing input for product documentation

Skills:

• Experienced in programming using Core Java (for ex: Java collections, Threading, Garbage collections, etc.) Excellent understanding of how java works and JVM internals
• Experience with SOAP, REST services
• Exposure to different technologies like messaging, databases, and directory services
• Exposure to different products like SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and AzureAD and the ability to develop connectors to such systems
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, including the ability to analyze core dumps and profile code for memory leaks.
• Exposure to Objected Oriented Analysis and Design
• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Experience developing As-A-Service capabilities

Desirable:

• Kafka knowledge and skills
• Experience in programming using C++
• DevOps Exposure - Containerization/ Virtualization
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills on Windows. Knowledge of windows debugging tools like windbg, GFlags, ProcDump, etc.
• Experience with communication protocols such as LDAP, TCP/IP is desirable
