Job Summary
  • Responsible for Direct Sales for residential & commercial real estate projects
  • Generating New business opportunity for organization & Generate leads and go for cold call and marketing strategy
  • Ability to generate predictable revenue on target consistently Supervision & co - ordination of Marketing and branding activities
  • Ensure optimum performance in meeting the stipulated sales target
  • Coordination with realtor companies when requested by management and supporting them to meet the sales target and increase productivity
  • Identify clients from various sectors like corporate and generate business from the existing to achieve the target Provide guidance for promotion. Launches
  • Conducting competitor analysis for market trend and rate analysis
  • Attend to clients concerns and complaints and undertake steps to resolve them
  • Organizing sales campaign with the help of different banks for its different branches in the major regions of Odisha
  • Visiting the different parts of state and various organizations to reach the prospective buyers

Skills Required :
Product Knowledge, Good Communication, Demo Skills, Closing Techniques, Post Sale Management
Qualification :
MBA Marketing / Any Graduate with Experience in similar field
Experience Required :
