Role: Associate/ Senior Associate Cognitive Assessments

Functional Area: Cognitive Assessments- Content Management & Operations

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate (Preferably B.Tech, B.Com, and BBA)

Experience: 1-3 Years preferably having experience in assessment/content creation for aptitude tests, for example, GMAT, GRE, CAT, XAT, etc.

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Cognitive Assessments The role requires one to work on designing assessments and reporting as per the clients requirements in Cognitive area, for example, Critical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Data Interpretation, etc. The clients can use the assessments for various purposes, for example, recruitment of candidates (fresher s hiring, campus hiring etc.), learning & development, training needs identification and succession planning. These assessments are to be designed relevant for a specific job role, industry, geography etc. and hence, the content (questions within assessments) is the most critical part.

The role requires one to independently handle the client s requests along with the entire operational work required for completing the request and coordinating with different stakeholders.

The key roles and responsibilities one would be working on are:

-Client Request - Understanding/ taking ownership of the clients request and involved in the creation of cognitive assessments and configuring reports.

-Coordination with internal teams Should be able to reach out and coordinate with different teams in content, product, technology and operations for smooth execution of client s delivery.

-External Subject Matter Experts (SME) search and coordination Explore new SMEs through different SME portals and coordinate with existing SMEs for content creation.

-Content Management Taking ownership of content upload while coordinating with the operations team and management of content in the admin/client account, maintaining the inventory for the admin question bank and client new content upload and status of existing content.

-SME Payments Managing the SME invoicing/NDA and contract on a monthly basis, and ensuring great experience with partners.

-Research and Development should have the urge to research and explore the innovations/awareness in cognitive skills, the type of content and assessments in the market and competition.
