Job Summary

  • Overall experience of 10 to 12 years of working in Java
  • Must have exposure to Java 8+ and above
  • Minimum domestic experience of 3 years
  • Hands on experience in coding on Java frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot is a must have
  • Additionally, Experience coding on frameworks such as struts and JSP Servlets will be an added advantage
  • Sound understanding of web based application systems (web api, REST, web applications, etc)
  • Team Leading experience of at least 3-4 years
  • Candidate should have prior experience in core development of software products.
  • Excellent Client & Stakeholder handling skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and outcome focussed. Should relentlessly pursue deliverables and customer delight
  • Growth mindset. Should be able to spot new business opportunities in the account and advise senior management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
