Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong background in Processing and coordination of Payroll and other processes.
  • Essential knowledge in benefit and compensation principals, Income Tax and retrials.
  • Hiring IN software though upload/ Manual updations.
  • Separation in software and F&F preparation basis input from Company.
  • Mater data updations in HRMS and basic check / control on non-financial data.
  • Basic knowledge of statutory compliances relating to Payroll like PF/ ESI/ Ptax/ LWF and TDS.
  • Checking of output report downloaded from HRIS in excel Vs Input.
  • Variance analysis of payroll and accuracy.
  • Knowledge on various perquisites under Income Tax Act.
  • Annual Compliance report for statutory relating to salaries.
  • Employee queries resolution.
