Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafted contracts agreements, DUE Diligence, Title opinions, engaged with firm, Property Registrations and Land Acquisition & Regulatory Compliance for the purpose of cluster development. & Preparation of the MIS Reports Non- Disclosure Agreement ,s of the cases and updating the clients.
- Liaison & Compliance with government relations and licensing.
- Formulated legal strategies with Clients.
- Served as liaisoning officer to internal and external counsel for a multitude of special projects.
Coordination with
HMDA, GHMC, TSPCB, FACTORIES DEPARTMENT, COMMISSIONER OF INDUSTRIES, STAMPS AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT, ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT, FIRM REGISTRATIONS
Experience Required :
Minimum 30 Years
