Job Summary

Experience Required: Candidates should have at least 3+ years experience at similar position in Pharma Ethical Market.

Qualification: 1. B.sc, B. Pharma, B. Com, M.sc, M. Pharma, M. com Graduate
2. MBA/PGDM Pharma Management studies

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for meeting with the sales budget and sales target achievement by quote submission, plan generation, guiding for conversion.
2. Initiation of Customers retention measures by building on customer relations.
3. Collect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new business development.
4. Responsible to timely cater customer queries.
5. Liaise with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer orders.
6. Responsible for raising Purchase orders and Indent.
7. Responsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders, dispatches to the end user from the stockiest.
8. Open to Cover Maharashtra
9. Allocating areas to sales representatives
10. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
11. Collecting customer feedback and market research.
12. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
13. Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.
14. Responsible for managing a team of 15-20 people.
15. Open to Tour for 15-20 days in a month.
16. Reaching the targets and goals set for his region/team.
17. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach set targets.
18. To manage the recruitment, performance, development and retention of representatives.
19. Reporting to the Line manager for regular sales update.
20. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
21. Lucrative PERKS /TA / DA / Mobile / Internet reimbursement applicable as per company norms.
22. Age below 48 years.
