Job Summary
Reports To: Production In-Charge
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering
Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance)
1. Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet OEM documented specifications.
2. Proficiently use all test equipment related in the testing of assigned devices.
3. Learn Trouble shoots and identifies correct part necessary to repair equipment and/or to correct customer problem.
4. Perform minor repairs with accepted technical practices.
5. Answers technical questions from internal staff.
6. Documents test results and equipment history.
7. Researches/Analyse technical issues using all available data.
8. Travels for onsite minor repairs and installations.
