ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets Research industry-related topics and use the knowledge for writing clear marketing copies including emailer, landing page, banner ads brochures etc.
to promote our services Create content for all offline and digital platforms in line with organizational requirements Manage content process for the entire website - web content, blog, guest posts, newsletters, e-mailers, social media content, press releases, etc
Conduct extensive research on market trends to create blog posts Perform regular quality checks to ensure hygiene, accuracy and uniformity in content Partner with SMEs across domains to create relevant and engaging content for all platforms Proofread and check quality of content to ensure accuracy and consistency
Manage and motivate content team and manage stakeholders involved Create scripts for videos, internal platforms to drive employee engagement Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency Optimize content according to SEO Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
Manage content distribution to online channels & social platforms to increase web traffic Develop Social and campaign calendar and ensure content team is on board Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum - Any Graduate in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Advertising/Mass Communication Experienced Required 4-5 Years
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English & Hindi Creative Thinking
