Job Summary As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring secure, fault-tolerant infrastructure. You will define and evolve Build & Release best practices, educate teams, and work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in the cloud. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the DevSecOps framework for a leading autonomous building platform in the manufacturing space, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Design and monitor secure enterprise-grade infrastructure. Best Practices & Education: Define and evolve Build & Release practices, ensuring traceability & auditability of change. Continuous Integration & Delivery: Implement automated CI/CD pipelines, integrating SAST, DAST, IAST, OSS tools. Automation & Monitoring: Build infrastructure automation tools (Docker, Kubernetes), ensuring application monitoring and self-healing. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable features, enhancing developer productivity and system stability. Security & Compliance: Implement change management policies and integrate DevSecOps software with credential management tools. Cloud & Containerization: Integrate applications into hybrid cloud environments and optimize for performance, security, and reliability. Technical Ownership: Lead technical design and implementation of DevSecOps infrastructure and tools. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in DevSecOps, Task Automation, or GitOps. Tools & Technologies: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Flux CD. Experience with Jenkins Groovy scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory. Familiarity with container technologies, cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP), and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, SPLUNK). Expertise in programming languages (Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell). Experience with configuration management and CI/CD tools like Git, TeamCity, Artifactory. Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), networking technologies, and high availability. Certifications: Public Cloud certifications (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and CNCF certification are a plus. Additional Qualifications: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Educational Requirement: BE/B-Tech / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related fields. Other Information: Travel: Occasional travel as required. Work Environment: Hybrid office setting.
