Job Summary

Job Description

  • Business Development Manager Credits and Recovery(BDM C&R).
  • Credit Sanctions:
  • Sanctions of loans coming under the delegated sanctioning powers of the BDM.
  • Analysing and recommending sanction (or rejection as the case may be), of all loan proposals recommended by branches that fall within the sanctioning powers of Circle Head and above.
  • Credit Sanction Review:

    • Reviewing all loan sanctions made by branch heads with due regard to adequacy and appropriateness of loan amount sanctioned, compliance with the specific loan scheme guidelines and conformity with the loan sanction policy of the company.

  • Driving Credit targets of the Circle under all loan schemes.

    • Monitoring achievement of credit targets (both under Disbursement and Outstanding) under all schemes by all branches under the Circle.

  • Credit Monitoring and prevention of NPA:Follow-up of loan accounts to ensure timely recovery of monthly/weekly/daily instalments as stipulated under various loan schemes.
  • Monitoring loan repayment / Collections:Monitoring and follow up of overdue accounts to ensure that the account does not slip to NPA.
  • Recovery of overdue loans and NPA:Follow up of NPA accounts and ensuring prompt recovery action to ensure Nil NPA.
  • Ensuring Nil NPA at branches under the circle:Recovery actions (including recovery under written-off loans) to be formulated and implemented to keep NPA at NIL level in the Circle.
  • Following up rectification of audit and inspection remarks relating to credit portfolio: Following up with the branches to ensure timely rectification of inspection remarks with respect to advance portfolio.
  • MIS relating to credit sanctions, credit monitoring, NPA and Recovery:All periodical MIS reports relating to credit sanctions, credit monitoring, Recovery and NPA should be collected, compiled, consolidated, reviewed at Circle Office and then submitted to corporate office.
  • Any other assignment given by circle head/Corporate office:Carrying out any or all other assignments as may be entrusted from time to time by Circle Head / Corporate Office.

    • Required Skills

    A Graduate with Good Communication Skill . Must have a Good Customer Base . Presentable with a pleasing personality . A team player and should be career ambitious.
