Business Development Specialist Job in Maxlink It Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Job Responsibility:-

Identifying new opportunities and developing new market entry strategies in the area of Web & Mobile apps services.
Develop a strong knowledge of Maxlink s services in order to facilitate the sales process.
Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through (cold calling, B2B, emailing, Social media, and Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company s services by addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Liable for global business development and lead generation

Job Requirement:-

Qualification: Bachelors / Post Graduation/Masters in (Sales / Marketing / Computer related technical field)
Job Type:- UK Shift ( 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST) Or US Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST)
Min 2-5 years experience in software sales and business development out of which at least 1-2 years should be for the International market / IT Client generation.
Experience in B to B marketing, preferably IT sector, and ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Experience with Lead generator, Calling, drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, and follow-ups.
Strong Track Record of achieving targets.
Ability to interact professionally with potential customers through any means to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
Should possess Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) & Analytical skills
