  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

  • An HR recruiter's main goal is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions. They have to develop local and national recruiting plans using traditional as well as modern sourcing techniques. Their job starts from identifying staff needs and ends with the successful joining of the candidate.

    MBA , PGDM in HR, or any other relevant degree
