Design and development test application for Telecom Cloud platform software.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of integration modules/automation.
Design and development test application for Telecom Cloud platform software.
Define and implement CI/CD procedures and automation scripts.
Maintain high code/documentation quality.
Follow best practices to test the modules.
Work with product architects to understand and build test applications to simulate relevant call models.
Participate in Design Inspections and Code reviews.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science (or similar area of study).
Proficient in OpenStack, VMWare, KVM virtualization technologies.
Familiar with Network function Virtualization (NFV).
Proficient in Linux Operating Systems, preferably RedHat, WindRiver, and CentOS.
Proficient in Containerized platforms, most importantly with Kubernetes.
Proficient in variety of programming languages such as Java, GO, and python (C and C++ a plus).
Proficient in automation frameworks, pytest preferred.
Familiar with devops tools such as git and Jenkins.
Familiar with 4G and 5G Telecom Network components and protocols.
Ability to understand technical requirements and be able to translate them into detailed test plans.
Excellent Planning, as well as Verbal and Written communication skills.
