Job Summary
Role
At MK, we put people at the center of everything we do. The Trainer will support new hires to acquire and enhance process knowledge & skills by executing functional training. Execute learning practices in coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
Job Description
- Execute new hire training and regular process refresher sessions
- Maintaining MIS, feedback forms, Training calendars, TNI forms
- Execute training projects and submit all necessary reports
- Working closely with operations team for executing process improvement projects
- Design training presentations for sessions
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including Digital, Web, Classroom & On Job Training
- Create a learning environment and WOW impact at the workplace
- Excellent in written and verbal skills
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as Process Trainer for an Inbound Customer Service Process.
- Should have managed a similar profile in a mid/large size Organization
Education Requirement
Graduation
Desired Profile Requirements
- Male candidate with good knowledge in any or all of the following
- sports: Cricket, Kabbadi, Tennis, Football.
- Experience in International Process will be preferred
- The candidate should be open to working night shifts and 6 Days.
