Job Summary

Job Description

  • Devise and implement a measurement tool for monitoring performance concerning the business plan
  • Manage projects to drive improvement in-process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals
  • Provide project leadership, mentors operational excellence team members, and provides training in Lean and Six Sigma concepts
  • Responsible for managing process/product engineering and coordinating the efforts of resources from various departments (both internal and external)
  • Monitor adherence to quality systems and ensuring compliance with various service levels, quality standards and maintaining requisite documents
  • Provide requisite support for continuous improvement and process quality
  • Conduct process-level studies for productivity enhancement and process improvement
  • Analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly product/process metrics for trends and improvement opportunities
  • Provide analytical inputs to Operations Head on revenues, capacity utilization, costs, and profitability for planning
  • Assisting/Conducting process audits and process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/systems as per defined guidelines
  • Proficiently manage a team of up to 30 quality and operational excellence executives

Desired Profile

  • Post Graduate with 7 to 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Must be aware of the production cycle inBPO/KPO with knowledge of costing
  • Demonstrated ability to implement new techniques and continuous improvement programs at all levels of operations
  • Planning and organizational skills prioritization, resource allocation, multi-tasking
  • Experienced and certified Black Belt, & / or Lean Expert, Green Belt
  • Prior experience in managing a team of 15-20 quality and/or operational excellence executives
