Job Summary

Lead a team that will be responsible for process assessments, and process design and redesign
Prepare business process reports for management and Client
Maintain and update all the process related reports for reference purposes
Conduct daily huddles/ weekly one to one sessions and training sessions as required for process improvement
Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics
Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency
Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems
Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements
Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices

Minimum 6 months experience as a Process Manager preferably a research writing process
Experience of handling large team size (50+ at least) in international business/process
Graduate
Strong communication & Analytical skills
IT fluency, MS Office fluency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Worked with International clients
Grad/post grad in Sociology or Political science (Preferred)
Ability to work in tight deadlines
Open to working 6 days a week

Salary : INR 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
