Job Summary
  • Lead a team that will be responsible for process assessments, and process design and redesign
  • Prepare business process reports for management and Client
  • Maintain and update all the process related reports for reference purposes
  • Conduct daily huddles/ weekly one to one sessions and training sessions as required for process improvement
  • Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics
  • Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems
  • Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements
  • Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Process Manager preferably a research writing process
  • Experience of handling large team size (50+ at least) in international business/process
  • Graduate
  • Strong communication & Analytical skills
  • IT fluency, MS Office fluency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Worked with International clients
  • Grad/post grad in Sociology or Political science (Preferred)
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines
  • Open to working 6 days a week

Salary : INR 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
