Job Title:

Import-Export and International Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

Matrix Exports seeks a highly motivated individual with expertise in global trade, sales, and

marketing to help expand the company's international presence. The role includes both

sales/marketing and hiring/talent acquisition responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities FOR BASIC UNDERSTANDING :

1. International Sales & Marketing:

o Develop strategic plans for international markets.

o Identify new market opportunities and establish strong client relationships.

o Conduct market research and create impactful campaigns.

o Represent the company at global trade shows.

2. Import-Export Operations:

o Manage the entire import-export process.

o Ensure compliance with trade laws.

o Oversee shipping and logistics.

3. Business Development:

o Engage potential clients, prepare proposals, and close deals.

4. Hiring & Talent Acquisition:

o Assist in recruitment efforts, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

o Maintain records of transactions and generate reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.

Very good English language skills (written and spoken) and exceptional communication

abilities are a MUST.

Experience in international sales, marketing, and import-export operations.

Knowledge of global trade regulations and shipping logistics.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary & Benefits:

The compensation is based on qualifications and performance, with a mandatory 6-month

internship for freshers.
