Job Summary
Job Description
Qualification : CA
Experience :Minimum 5 years in chemical industries
- Scrutinizing each and every document with their respective attachment as like purchase order, quotation etc.
- Comparison of rate with different supplier and labour
- Preparing monthly PPT of accounting & financial data in comparison of last 3 year with respective justification and attachment
- Preparing month wise cost sheet of plant wise profit
- Managing documentation required for Foreign commission payment
- Monthly all TDS verifications & payments.
- Quarterly TDS return filing and reconcile with books of accounts. Issue of form 16 & 16A.
- Resolve the queries related to traces like form 16 and Form 16 A of company
- Manage data related to TDS demand Notice and revising the TDS return.
- Supporting the Team in any accounting, financing and taxation work, like filling GST returns or making any payment etc.
- Other activities assigned by seniors.
- Prepare and submit monthly MIS, Monthly Performance Report of company, Monthly cost sheet plant wise and overall, Monthly PPT of financial comparison, Monthly
P&L, Quarterly TDS Return Filing and reconciliation with Books.
