Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and ETL lead to implement.
- Actively participate in business requirements sessions, design review and test case review meetings
- Create release documents and help build and deploy code across servers
- Create low level design documents and unit test cases
- Develop high quality ETL mappings/jobs and perform unit tests
- Debug critical technical issues and provide prompt resolutions
- Highlight technical issues and challenges and propose creative solutions to clients and senior management
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software services
- Strong expertise in Datastage required
- Knowledge of Qualitystage a strong plus
- Strong understanding of data modeling and strong SQL skills a must
- Experience with Unix flavors preferred
- Database programming experience using Oracle and DB2 a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Flexibility for 100% travel, mostly within North America
