Job Description:

* Well versed in MS office and ability to work online with multiple navigation systems

and various coding software(s) like 3M and Encoders.

* The incumbent are required to review the Inpatient Medical Records and assign ICD-

10 diagnoses codes and procedural code.

* Code inpatient and/or outpatient records and identify diagnoses and procedures daily

according to the schedule set within the coding unit.

* Changes to be done as per client requirement.

Requirements:

* All specialties experienced preferred.

* Good technical knowledge of the process of coding and clinical data management.

* Should have good analytical skills

* Should have deep knowledge and proficiency in coding tools preferred certification.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Should have good knowledge of US Healthcare domain
