Job Summary Responsibilities
  • Help to create the design, architecture, and execution of everything from data collection capabilities to data processing and databases
  • Make decisions about code design, architecture, and refactoring to balance technical debt against delivering functionality
  • Lead medium to large sized feature projects from conception to completion, working with stakeholders to identify project risks and recommend mitigating solutions
  • Understand team members technical problems and resolve them with permanent solution
  • Keep team members motivated to work effectively
  • Keep team members up to date with latest technologies and latest solutions
  • Collaborative with QA, Product and DevOps teams for high throughput
  • Providing highquality solution with following some best practices on designing, architecting, code review processes

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience inbackend technologies with 3+ years of experience in PythonFlask/Django framework
  • Experience in handling SQL queriesand their optimization
  • Strong hold in object oriented programming concepts
  • Think and provide solution on API first approach
  • Familiar with different design patterns
  • Worked with large data in ElasticSearch or any other NoSQL database system
  • Should be familiar with microservice architecture
  • Excellent debugging and optimization skills
  • Familiar with different high performertools (Redis, RabbitMQ, Websocket)
  • Handled team of 4 or more members
  • Experience in working with front-end technologies (ReactJS library/Angular) is a plus point for us
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker deployment is a plus point for us
