Job Summary

Vertical :- Safety


Education :-

  • Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Automobile/ Production/ Chemical /Industrial Engineering from Govt Collage
  • Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized institute (RLI/CLI)


Experience:-2-5 years of post qualification experience


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify danger prone areas along with requirements of safety rules/ procedures
  • Identify and recommend applicable & required safety standards to ensure a safe working environment and formulate safety rules to ensure that safety standards are met
  • Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks
  • Conduct incident investigation, identify possible root causes, develop preventive and corrective steps and ensure proper implementation of the same. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
  • Daily monitoring of work permit system
  • Train operational staff on safety rules and conduct safety audits & safety committee meetings to ensure adherence to safety rules and standards
  • Maintains records & prepares reports


Competencies/Skills Required for the Job:

  • Demonstrate understanding of the Safety Acts, Laws & rules
  • Good Analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
