8+ years of Business Analysis experience with consumer-facing web applications
Bachelor s degree in a Business, Marketing or Technology-related field
Experience building software requirements for B2B and B2C applications
In-depth understanding of the Social Media industry and related tools; previous experience translating requirements for Social Media functionality is a big Plus!
Experience working directly with Development Leads and Software Engineers in relaying requirements and the ability to communicate requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with on-shore and off-shore technical resources
Familiar with Agile Scrum Methodology
Skills
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft-based solutions and tools (including Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one s sleeves to get the job done
