Job Summary

Job Description:

Understand the particular offering of the client organization .

Fetching daily required targets from team members.

Taking briefings for required campaigns and guiding team members. .

Making daily reports of the productivity.

Motivating team members and driving numbers in enormous amount.

Understanding, articulating and implementing best practices related to his/her area of expertise.

Finding prospects and calling them in defined geographies to generate B2B leads for IT products/services in the US and UK Market.. .

Able to deliver SQL, MQL, HQL and BANT campaigns.

Monitoring calls to identify trends in advisors knowledge, skills and on call behavior.

Ensuring Schedule adherence by monitoring & driving real time adherence (RTA) & leading his team from the front..

Ensuring advisor needs & basics like their attendance, leaves, transport etc. are taken care of..

Conduct monthly performance conversations with advisors & create detailed create game plans on how to achieve targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must possess Excellent communication skills .

Qualification: 12th / Graduate .

Experience: Minimum 6 months as a TL in B2B Lead Generation.

Should be comfortable with US & UK.
