You are required to possess extensive knowledge and experience of B2B campaigns, client dynamics, inter-departmental coordination and communication.
Excellent leadership capabilities, counseling and feedback skills. Ability to communicate effectively and effortlessly with your subordinates, peers and superiors.
Deliverables as Operation Manager will be inclusive of but not limit to:
1. Exhaustive Campaign/Project Assessment, Campaign Profitability Assessment. Maintaining campaign P&L trackers
2. Workforce Capability Assessment; Conducting a SWOT Analysis & Deploying right talent on the job.
3. Performance Assessment To Team Leaders, Team Coaches & Associates/Sr.Associates in an effective, efficient & timely manner.
4. Performance Formulating Performance/Trend Analysis Reports, process related reports and trackers for periodic (daily/ weekly/ monthly as may be required) review with the management.
5. Onboarding and continuous development of the team and maintain a high delivery bar.
Eligibility Criteria:
Should have managed a team of TL s, TC s, Associates and Sr. Associates.
Qualification: 10+2/ Graduate
MBA will be an added advantage
Experience: Minimum 6 months as an Operations/ Sr. Operations Manager in a B2B Lead Gen based company
Should be comfortable with US & UK
