Job Description:
Job Role :
As a Module Lead you are required to develop applications/modules for our cutting-edge Software Products by using Spring and Hibernate platforms, and latest
technologies.
Key Activities:
? Design and implementation of innovative enterprise JAVA and J2EE applications
? Ensuring competencies with SDLC processes, Agile Process, POC development,
Environments setup etc.
? Employing of best development practices that ensure high quality delivery and easy
maintainability of code
? Team Management
Key Skills:
? Proficiency in Java Programming
? Skilled in Object Oriented Programming
? Extensive exposure to Spring, Hibernate and open source frameworks
? Hands on experience with Core Java, IO, Collections, REST web services, Servlets, JSP,
? Spring, Agile Process, Apache Tomcat, SQL
? Excellent problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
? Understanding of Best Practices and Agile Process
? Exposure to Build and Deployment processes
? Experience in team handling
Checklist :
Must have worked in Java Technology (at least 3 years
out of 5 years experience)
2. Must have working experience in Spring and Hibernate (at least 3 years
and at least 3 years out of 5 years experience)
3. Should have worked in ERP or in Web Applications.
4. Must have worked in a Team size of at least 10 members.
5. Must have handled a team of size at least 5
6. From a process point of View - Should have worked in project management tools like JIRA or similar.
Interviews : 3 to 4 rounds all online
All Saturday off except 2nd Saturday
Bond of 18 months
3 months salary's equivalent cheque needs to submitted (it will not be cashed until you break the bond abruptly) while joining which will be returned after completion of 18 months.
Bond is valid for all profiles at every experience level from fresher to director
